Embark on a 7-Day Authentic Montana Hunt!
- 7 day - 6 night hunt: Montana Big Game Hunt!
- This is a True Montana Elk Hunt!
- First and Last day spent riding to and from camp
- Base camp is set up, which hunters will leave from and return to daily, with great hunting within hiking distance in all directions of camp
- No additional kill or trophy fees. You are paying to hunt; we want you to be successful!
- Meals, guides, wall tents with wood stoves, and cots provided
- Rules and regulations differ depending on which species, area, and season you will be hunting. See general descriptions below, but don't hesitate to contact us to learn more or for help with applying for certain tags. Information can also be found on the FWP website.
- Out of state residents are required to enter a lottery draw for elk tags, based off of preference points. If you apply for a tag through an outfitter, you receive 2 preference points, versus one entering yourself. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information on preference points and group draws.
Cost: $5,400 / person
All hunts require a non-refundable $1,500 deposit to hold your spot

ELK
In state elk tags can be purchased online or over the counter.
Out of state elk tags are drawn based off preference points. By applying for elk tags through an outfitter, you will earn an extra preference point and add to your chances of being drawn. Contact us to learn more about preference points, group draws, and other rules and regulations.
BLACK BEAR
Black Bear are common and may be hunted as the primary species or in conjunction with our Elk/Deer hunts. Black bear licenses are available online or over the counter.
**Spring bear hunts also available**
NOTE: Hunters must take and pass a bear identification test before purchasing a black bear hunting license. There are two ways to take the test and receive your certification:
1) ONLINE at Montana Fish Wildlife & Park’s website at fwp.mt.gov and search ’Bear ID Test’
2) MAIL IN – Request a mail-in test by calling 406-444-2535

MULE DEER & WHITETAIL DEER
Mule deer and whitetail deer both frequent the "Bob". We typically encourage a deer combo tag to be purchased in conjunction with an elk or bear tag.
WOLF
Wolf hunting is generally opportunistic as we focus on elk, bear, bear and deer in this outfit. If you are at all interested in harvesting a wolf though, we encourage you to buy a wolf tag to carry in conjunction with another hunt you are on. We often times hear wolves from hunting camp and see plenty of sign of them throughout the year.

MOUNTAIN GOAT
Mountain goat hunts are by special permit lottery draw only. There is a good sized herd we see each year not far from camp, so if you have any interest in a mountain goat hunt we encourage you to apply!
