Sandi’s Homemade Granola

Sandi Treadaway is our main cook on many of our trips.  While most breakfasts consist of bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes and syrup, we also offer Granola and fruit.  Sandi makes her own Granola and our guests just love it.  Several guests have asked for the recipe, so here it is thanks to Sandi!

INGREDIENTS:

3 Cups of REGULAR OATS

½ Cup of PECANS

½ Cup of ALMONDS

½ Cup of WALNUTS

½ Cup of CRASINS

½ Cup of MAPLE SYRUP

CINNAMON TO TASTE

½ tsp SALT

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.  Bake for 30 minutes on a lightly oiled sheet.        ENJOY!
